PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
=B7 Develop analyst briefing and media interview information.
=B7 Develop and manage standard marketing materials in partnership
with the Market Strategy team for external communication.
=B7 Provide product and services information targeted to win efforts
against specific competitors.
=B7 Create collateral and sales tools focused on relating the
functionality and benefits of Convergys products and solutions for client
benefits.
=B7 Provide product and market expertise for conferences, tradeshows
and seminars in which Convergys is a participant.
=B7 Produce standard product presentations and demo scripts that can
be used by the sales team in a typical sales process.
=B7 Provide follow-up support on lead generation activities and post
event inquiries.
=B7 Produce and distribute product profiles and company information=20=

support of media and analyst activities.
