Hello
 
A $100 million, 60 employee Real Estate and Property Management client of
ours is looking to bring someone in for a 2-6 month project.  The urgent
need is for someone with Timberline experience specifically in the property
management module of the software.  The consultant will help transfer the
old methods for billing, tax and payroll from the current system (excel) to
the Timberline suite.  The system is setup on a property by property basis
including  67 retail shopping centers.  The ideal consultant will have
industry experience and experience with Timberline's Property Management
Suite.  You will be considered as a 2nd option if you have strong financial
and system experience with Real Estate and Property Management companies.
We are looking to pay between $30-40/hr for this project.  Please let us
know if you can assist with this project or know someone who can.
