Quality Engineer - Souteast Indiana - Salary to $55,000
MUST HAVE: Bachelor`s degree + 2+ years in automotive customer Quality, and 
some Daimler Chrysler customer experience. 
PREFER:  Candidates who have injection molding and high volume assembly will 
also have an advantage.

Sales Territory Rep - Indiana - Salary to $76,000
Minimum of 5 years experience or more in the FLEXIBLE PACKAGING INDUSTRY, 
Person will call on end users that require this product in their industry. 
Office will be out of the home and supplied with the necessary office 
equipment. Territory will be all of Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Kentucky and

Mechanical Design Engineer - Indiana - Salary to $65,000
Well established company with a solid record of growth seeks an addition to its 
Engineering staff to accommodate increased sales as well as to prepare for 
future advancement in its field. Candidates must a four year Technical Degree 
and at least five years of hands on, practical experience with the design of 
mechanical products.  They would like someone who has solid experience with 
valves or turning devices.

$120,000 plus bonus
Requirements:
-10-15 years as a manager over Comp/Benefits, with Payroll, experience desired,
  Compensation and Benefits being most important.
- Experience working for an organization of 20,000+ employees.
- Proven record of success in taking an organization through an Human Resources
   transformation project moving from paper based to employee self service 
Intranet
   system.  This is a MUST.
- Must also have Mergers & Acquisitions experience from due diligence to 
integration
   phase.

TECH LEADER BASE FIBERS AND REINFORCEMENTS - Northern East, Ohio - Salary to 
$95,000
EXPERIENCE:  Must have a minimum BS in Chemical Engineering, Material Science 
or Mechanical Engineering.  Must have 5-10 years experience in applications 
engineering or development engineering in glass fibers or plastic reinforcement 
technology.  Six Sigma exposure is a must; Six Sigma Black Belt would be ideal. 
 Must be a good networker.  Some supervisory experience and project lead 
experience is preferred.   German language skills are a plus.  Experience in 
the following is preferred:  injection molding, SMC (sheet metal molding 
compounds), pultrusion, glass fiber reinforcement of fibers, etc.

POSITIONS IN MICHIGAN

TECHNICAL SERVICE MANAGER - GREATER DETROIT - SALARY TO $90,000
Report to Product Director, interior soft trim exper, Tier 1 customer 
requirements. Understand Auto program development and act as key liaison with 
customer to keep company R & D and manufacturing in sinc with customers. Good 
problem solving and negotiating skills.
QS9000, Advanced Quality Planning, PPAP's, Control Plans, FMEA's.

DELIVERY SERVICES MANAGER - Detroit  area - Salary to $70,000
Responsible for a 40 truck fleet performing local deliveries.  Manage 2 
supervisors in a non-union distribution center.  Should have experience running 
a fleet.  Prefer experience from office products firms (UPS, Fed Ex, DHL), but 
flexible.  10% bonus.

Application Scientist, Raman Spectroscopy - Ann Arbor - Salary to $95,000
Requirements:
- An Advanced degree in analytical science or Raman spectroscopy and knowledge 
of
   scientific software tools are preferred.
- Significant experience in Raman spectroscopy, quantitative analysis, and/or
  CHEMOMETRICS with an applications focus in the areas of POLYMER SCIENCE, or
  hydrocarbon, or olefins.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and outstanding customer 
interaction
   skills.

Project Lead, Medical Electronics - Kalamazoo - Salary to $95,000
Requirements:
- BSEE, MSEE preferred; 3 to 10 yrs. electro-mechanical product development 
experience in Quality System-based (e.g., ISO-9001) organization.
- Task/Project management (scheduling, estimating, coordinating, budgeting); 
Technical leadership
- System-level understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical product 
design
- Compliance to product development standards (e.g. EN/IEC, IEEE, ISO)
- Embedded software design ('C' programming language)
- Digital hardware architecture design; Design for Manufacturability and 
Assembly

Experience in Medical product development including regulatory/standards (e.g. 
FDA, CE Mark, Medical Device Directive) and ISO-9001 Compliant Quality System 
environment a plus.

Systems Engineer, Technical Leader  - Kalamazoo - Salary to $90,000
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree is a must (Electrical Engineering preferred).  Advanced 
degree is a plus.
- 8 - 15 years electro-mechanical product development experience (2+ 
electro-mechanical products from concept to completion as a Technical 
Leader/Engineer).
- Strong Technical Leadership and people skills (delegation, responsibility, 
self-motivated, problem-solving).
- Strong development process and documentation skills including FMEAs, Risk 
Analysis, etc.
- System-level understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical product 
design.
- Strong digital and analog hardware skills including motor control.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge/experience with compliance to product development standards (e.g. 
EN/IEC, UL, IEEE, ISO).
- Embedded software knowledge ('C' programming language) highly preferred but 
not mandatory

Our ideal candidate will have broad HR/IR skills covering the full range of 
staffing, collective agreement administration, medical benefits, pensions, & 
insurance plans developed at unionized industrial employers, be comfortable 
walking the floor, dealing with skilled tradespersons and display an 
action-oriented, results-focused, decisive style. ANY EXPERIENCES AS A 
PARTICIPANT, LEADER, AGENT OF CULTURE CHANGE USING LEAN MANUFACTURING AND 
EMPLOYEE INVOLVEMENT IS PREFERRED

Provide strategic and tactical marketing direction and execution for consumer 
products sold in mass and prestige channels. 
Need 4+ years' consumer brand management experience with a track record 
including budgets, forecasting, analysis, research, sales growth, creative and 
project management etc.  International exposure a plus but not a requirement.  
BS/MBA preferred.

DISTRIBUTION SUPERVISOR - Chicago area - Salary to $50,000
EXPERIENCE:
- Must have a Bachelors degree
- Applicants should have internship - 3 years distribution experience.
- Must be shift flexible
