  I am new to this group (joined yesterday), however I am a Recruiter in
Cincinnati and I am looking for a Human Resources Manager for a firm in
Lawrenceburg, IN. I don't have an official job descriptions yet,

? Pay - approximately 70k
? Experience needed - An HR Manager who has dealt with unions, as this
is a union shop. This person will report to the CFO and will be
responsible for Safety, Recruitment of exempt employees, Benefit
Administration and Training.
? A PHR is helpful, but not mandatory; however a BA/BS is mandatory.
? This candidate must have at least 5 years Human Resource Management
experience in a Union environment.
? This candidate will be heavily involved in Strategic Planning of the
company, as this is a small family run business with 142 union
employees and 33 on staff
