***   Support Product Development Engineering to ensure design for
manufacturability.
***   Identify equipment and processes required to manufacture new products.
***   Develop and implement improvements to existing equipment and
processes.
***   Challenge product designs for manufacturability.
***   Participate with Product Development during the pilot manufacturing
activities.
***   Develop work center layouts.
***   Estimate production times, staffing requirements and related costs.
***   Establish preliminary BOMs and routers for input into the ERP system.
***   Developing equipment as required.
***   Investigate new technology developments for ongoing improvements,
including automation improvements and tooling and machine upgrades
***   Train production personnel on new equipment and processes.
***   Supervise design, production, installation, operation, and maintenance
of new, modified and existing equipment.

Commensurate with experience $60,000 - $90,000 salary plus bonuses, 401(k),
tuition, stock options, full medical, and 3 to 4 weeks paid flexible
