Plant HR Manager:

Strong, growing Fortune 500 manufacturing company needs high-profile type ca=
ndidate for Human Resource Manager position at one of their plants. This is=20=
a large, high-volume, non-union plant and the HR manager will be involved in=
 all areas of Human Resources. Will manage a staff of seven people and will=20=
be responsible for compensation systems, labor law issues, union avoidance a=
nd facilitating and organizing human resource projects.=20


Need to have a minimum of 10 years experience in Human Resources in a manufa=
cturing plant of at least 500 people. At least seven of the 10 years need to=
 be in a Manager position. Strong preference for Fortune 500 experience and=20=
a Masters Degree. Outstanding communication, organizational and motivational=
 skills required. Must have experience in union prevention, compensation sys=
