Below are the descriptions for 3 positions (2 spots for the first role) that we 
are trying to fill, ALL in Peoplesoft HRMS 8.3.  Our client is  a high exposure 
 client .  Duration and project bill rate range are listed below for each 
position (5 months and bill rate range of $95-125).  Please keep in mind we 
will need to incorporate travel into our bill rates when you are quoting

Project position #1
Target Start Date: 02/23/2004 Duration:  5 Month Number of Openings: 2 
Functional Title: PeopleSoft HR AnalystPosition Description: This position will 
be a part of the Solution Test team for the PeopleSoft HCM implementation at 
Limited Brands. A significant part of the job will be to take the applicant's 
expertise of PeopleSoft HR 8.3 along with the created functional specifications 
and participate in all testing activities: test script development, test case 
preparation, test execution, and test validation.This individual will need ALL 
of the following skills:·70% Functional; 30% Technical·PeopleSoft HR 8.3 with 
Employee and Manager Self-Service (with workflow)·Experience creating detailed 
test scripts and test cases·Experience executing and validating core HR process 
tests·Experience executing and validating outbound vendor interfaces that 
contain HR data·Very Detailed Oriented·Detailed understanding of how HR data 
affects Benefits Administration and PayrollQualifications:Four year
 degree in IT or related human resource field1-3 years of experience in 
PeopleSoft 8.X implementations required with a strong knowledge of PeopleSoft 
HR ·PS Query and SQL strongly preferredTechnology awareness which requires 
thorough knowledge of the Internet, understanding HRMS systems and strong 
PeopleSoft skills·Highly proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office and the 
InternetHighly motivated and able to work independently and effectively within 
a team organizationStrong written and oral communication skills with a strong 
customer orientationDemonstrated diagnostic and problem solving skillsPrior
