Team,

We have a need for a senior level operations professional with expertise in
Oracle functionality (vsn. 11.5.7) as well as strong functional experience
in the areas of purchasing, inventory and receiving. Summary of the
situation and needs is as follows:

Our client is a very large, complex and decentralized (and politically
charged) manufacturing organization. The complexity stems from the various
groups and departments that impact the specific processes around "goods
received but not invoiced". For example, they have a Supply chain group,
they have a material management group. Both are located in Mpls. They also
have materials management group located at each plant. They also have a
Global Shared Services for payables located out of state. Cash
Applications, however is located in Mpls. All of these groups get involved
and if anyone doesn't handle the "Release of Holds" or "Quantity Holds" from
any of the above groups it causes a reconciling nightmare. This is a
business process / balance sheet reconciliation project. Must be able to
roll up sleeves with balance sheet reconciliation.

The situation:
Our client is experiencing significant issues around their "good received
but not invoiced" (GRNI) processes and is seeking a polished and qualified
professional to lead an initiative to help them determine what portion of
this issue is attributable to processes and controls and what portion of the
issue is attributable to the system. This individual MUST be able to be a
high-level project manager as well as be willing and able to get into the
details as needed. This project is stemming from a balance sheet
reconciliation issue around suspense/variance account related to their GRNI.
Ideal candidate must have demonstrated ORACLE Expertise AND Business Process
Review/Re-engineering experience related to GRNI visible on their resume.

We are shooting for a pay rate in the $45-55/hr range on a w-2 basis and we
will work out an equitable arrangement for travel, as needed. Note: If you
have a 'rock star' that you feel is a perfect fit for this yet does not fall
into this price range -- I am open to at least discussing!

Please forward any ideas you have to my attention (contact info listed
below).

Thank you!

Mary
