Brenda,
I'm looking for someone to perform a very short term project for the
libraries. It will involve traveling to all three of our library =
locations
(Hamilton, Fairfield, Oxford) to monitor the number of patrons =
(customers)
in
line, the length of time they wait for service, the number of phone =
calls
answered during the period of time the person is observing (probably an =
hour
or two at a time) and possibly some other data. The visits would take =
place
over a two week period, at least two visits per location preferably =
between
5-9 p.m. during the week and especially on two Sundays. The Sunday =
hours
would be between 1-5.
We are targeting our reference/Information Services departments but also =
may
include circulation desks. Do you know of anyone who might be interested =
in
doing this little project? I have no idea what an hourly rate would be =
but
those details could be worke d out.
I hope all is well with you. I can't believe I have been at the library =
10+
years! Time flies when you are having fun! I plan to work at least 4 =
more
years and will probably go back to Texas when I retire. =20
