Regional Trainers
Trainers are responsible for facilitating the effectiveness of =

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate views training as an opportunity to enhance employee =

dedicated to customer service and should believe that work can and =

Minimum of 2 years in college, or equivalent work experience; minimum of =
3-5
years of experience in Hotel Management or equivalent in customer
service/sales training; willingness to manage all company developed
programs; willingness to travel 90% of time; proven time management and
organizational skills in managing multiple tasks; ability to have fun =
and
laugh frequently; ability to meet changing and multiple deadlines.=20
Preferred:
BS degree in business or education; experience in distance learning and
curriculum development; knowledge of soft skills training. Bilingual =
skills,
Spanish/English, French/English are a plus.=20
