 Group ? this is a test of the infamous Cincinnati, Ohio business network.
We are experiencing some nice growth at Hydro Systems out here in beautiful
Newtown, Ohio, and as a result are on the lookout for several high
performing mechanical engineers. Most of you are on this list because I have
helped you a time or two in your own networking efforts for candidates to
fuel the growth of your own businesses. This time, I need the help. We are,
of course, working the normal channels (to include a professional recruiter
? we're not *that* cheap), but are ? for some reason ? struggling to turn up
much of quality.



If you are aware of a friend, neighbor, work associate or other engineer who
might be in the market (or who is really good at what they do and needs to
be working at a great company like Hydro), please let me know. I will be
forever in your debt if you are able to help.



We would prefer 5 years + of mechanical design work history; the more the
better. Experience with plastic molded parts would be a major plus, but is
not an absolute requirement for the right talent. We pay at market rates for
good people, plus 15-20% profit sharing after year one. Fully paid health
care, great work environment (who didn't know that) and tremendous
opportunities to advance if you have it in you.
