Position:
This position will work directly with the Director of Web Technologies and

Qualifications:
* Required - hands-on experience in Windows 2000 Active Directory design,
implementation and support.
* Required - extensive hands-on experience in troubleshooting and supporting
Windows 2000 systems.
* Required - hands-on experience designing, implementing and supporting
enterprise mail system.
* Required - extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2000
environment.
* Highly desirable Experience with IBM and Dell server hardware.
* Highly desirable - strong work experience in an enterprise storage
environment.

* Highly desirable - Experience in DataCenter environment

A Contractor for an opening within our Client's Methodology Group
Resolvit Resources is seeking acontractor for an opening within our Client's
Methodology Group. The contractor will work as a Coaching/QA specialist for
OO/Web projects with the IS&S department's application development teams to
help guide and mentor OO/Web-based projects. The successful candidate will
have a strong RUP background (preferably RUP certified) and has used the RUP
approach on several projects (and at least one major project) as a Project
Leader. Technical/Tool requirements are not as important as the Project
management background in RUP. The focus is on the RUP process. Method/1
background, with WEB/OO M/1 processes (not just standard SDLC development
processes) is strongly preferred.

Minimum skills required for this position include:
Work in the early phases of project inception with estimating tools for
OO/Web-based solutions.
Coach/QA project leaders in building, deploying, and supporting OO/Web-based
systems.
Coach/QA in the design and architecture of business solutions.
Provide coaching and quality assurance expertise on the use of new
OO/Web-based methodologies and processes.
Demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills is required.
Knowledge of UML, Design Patterns, and a formal OO/Web design methodology is
required.
Must be proficient at oral communication and professional writing skills.
Expertise in large project management and planning skills is required.
Demonstrated leadership ability on OO/Web large projects is required.
PMP Certification is a plus.
Experience in use of Accenture's Foundation Method/1 methodology is a plus.

2Informatica Consultants
Our Client is seeking 2Informatica Consultants to be part of an Informatica
project team that will be developing Informatica processes to replace eight
COBOL processes. This Client uses COBOL programs to summarize and populate
twelve reporting tables (DB2 UDB for OS/390). These tables will be moved to
DB2 UDB for AIX and the COBOL processes will be replaced with Informatica
processes.

Development will use the Client's AIX test machine. The COBOL summarization
logic must be entirely replaced with Informatica. The test tables will be
compared to production tables on the Client's production machine. When the
tables balance and testing is complete, the Informatica objects on the test
machine must be promoted to the production machine. This is a 3 month
project.
Minimum skills required include:
Strong Informatica Skills
Experience with UDB, AIX
Strong business and process analysis skills.

Resolvit Resources is seeking a Business Analyst contractor for an opening
within our Client's Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) team
to assist with the implementation of Indus Empac application software for
their manufacturing plants. Responsibilities include documenting
requirements on new interfaces, writing and executing test scripts,
resolving application conversion issues, developing a Business Objects
reporting universe, and developing Business Objects reporting. The Empac
software supports the Client's manufacturing plants' engineering
department's purchasing, receiving, warehousing, planning, and scheduling
areas.

Minimum skills required for this position:
Experience with Enterprise Asset Management or Computerized Maintenance
Management System implementations (Empac, Maximo, Datastream, etc.).
Experience with centralized application server based applications a plus.
Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle or similar methodology.
Highly motivated with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Business Objects Reports or similar reporting tool is
desirable.
Experience with Microsoft SQL is desirable.
Manufacturing systems experience is desirable.
Excellent Analytical/Problem-Solving skills.
Independent worker who can also function well in a team environment.
Ability to handle multiple analysis/technical assignments concurrently.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
