I appreciate your help. The position is looking for someone with 4 years of 
audit experience with the ability to set up an audit program.

They would also like the candidate to have a Bachelor's degree in accounting 
and finance, the experience in performing all aspects of an 
operational/financial audit, to include scheduling and developing of an audit 
program, risk assessment, sampling and testing, report writing on findings, and 
providing recommendations to management.

Anyone you know who would fit those credentials would be great.
