Seeking a CRM Practice leader for a major consulting firm. Ideal candidate
will be a current employee with one of the Big 5 consulting firms (OR) IBM
Global Services, Actuate, AMS, AnswerThink, BEA Systems, BMC Software, C3i,
eLoyalty, Genesys, Headstrong, SeeBeyond, Synavant, TIBCO, Vitria.
Candidate must have a demonstrated and verifiable track record of building
and growing a CRM consulting services practice. (minimum $30mmm annual
revenue). Please DO NOT send professionals who are currently BELOW the
Practice Leader position and who aspire to be Practice Leaders. My client
will not hire them for this role.
This position will require frequent travel to major cities to lead and
manage teams, and meet with customers.
This is a Managing Director level position (Partner), and will include stock
options and a 30%-50% bonus based on sales revenue and profitability.
The interview process for this position will be lengthy, so the ideal
candidate will be currently employed so he/she will not vaporize prior to
making it through the process.
