The position is a Director of Engineering and is located in Wisconsin.  It
will have about 5 supervisors and about 100 employees reporting to it from
the Product/Contract Engineering department.  It will not be for product
development but for product improvement.   MUST come out of custom
manufactured high volume products such as Lockers, Windows, Doors, Desks,
High Volume Architectural products.

> Degree in Engineering or Technology; 10+yrs experience and 6+ yrs
management experience; excellent people skills and management skills; must
have supervised 50+ employees in an engineering group. Will pay around $120K
plus bonus.
