Director / Vice President, Assay Development- Company is pioneering
proprietary assay technology to create a universal platform for the highly
parallel analysis of DNA and protein markers to enable the rapid and
inexpensive analysis of critical genetic and biochemical tests in medical
diagnostics, drug development and biomedical research. The flexibility,
on-demand customization and functional integration of custom bead array
technology makes it the ideal choice for numerous applications by hospital
laboratories, reference laboratories and research laboratories. The
platform's minimal equipment requirements and multiple methods of
information delivery offer the flexibility and ease of use that permit new
levels of performance in accuracy and throughput. Will lead programs of
developing and manufacturing proprietary assay designs for DNA as well as
protein analysis in a proprietary format. Will provide leadership at the
interface between assay development and QSR-compliant manufacturing. Must
have demonstrated technical excellence in biochemistry or molecular biology
based on a minimum seven years of post-PhD experience. Requires thorough
familiarity with FDA regulations and a proven track record of assay
