Personal Services Coordinator

Full time position to provide psychosocial rehabilitation principles to SMD
clients through promoting personal/interpersonal and independent living
skill development through individual rehabilitation planning and group
facilitation.

Two years of college in behavioral science or related field or equivalent
combination of education and experience in a mental health setting required.
Excellent communication, assessment, organizational, time management, group
facilitation, and crisis intervention skills; knowledge of community
resources; and basic computer skills required.  Experience with substance
abuse preferred.
