VP of Finance and Corporate Controller

Base Salary: $175,000 to $225,000


Position Details:
The VP of Finance/Corporate Controller is a high-impact, business oriented
manager possessing the necessary skills and experience to contribute at a
senior financial, strategic, and operational level. You will manage all
financial aspects of Corporate, Sales and Operating Divisions to provide
information, primarily financial in nature, about all activates that will
assist management, shareholders, and other users in making educated economic
decisions about the Company. You will also assess the current operating
strategies and help develop strategies to maximize global accounting
reporting consolidation. You will report to the CFO and supervise
operations, sales, order fulfillment, and shared services controllers.

Required Qualifications:
For consideration, you must meet the following qualifications: 1) BA/BS
degree in Finance of Accounting with CPA and MBA preferred. 2) Minimum of 10
years progressive financial experience in hands-on management role both in
public accounting and high technology companies. 3) Demonstrated success in
financial management of a global, multi-location business in excess of $500M
in sales. 4) Strong experience in SEC filing. 5) Experience in software
migration implementation, SAP preferred. 6) Understanding and strong working
relationships in international arenas. 7) Requires previous experience in
product operations and factory environment. 8) Excellent change management
leader. 9) Ability to travel globally.
