for the auto and heavy vehicle markets located in the northern Midwest.
> The successful candidate will have P&L responsibility with the key goal of
growing sales in the NAFTA region. Additional responsibilities include
establishing and maintaining key accounts; developing and implementing sales
and marketing strategies; building distribution channels; initiating new
product development based on global demands; and contributing actively as a
member of the corporate management team on strategic and operational issues.
> The ideal candidate will have proven managerial and organization skills
based on at least 5-10 years General Management experience with small to
mid-sized sales and production organizations. The desired career background
is a sales management focus within the automotive/heavy vehicle industry
(OEM or aftermarket). A technical degree is preferred, and with an ability
to work in a matrix organization.
