United States, offering clients deep expertise and focus in J2EE and .NET.

With their explosive growth in the US, our client needs a seasoned, J2EE /
.NET software development outsourcing services-savvy sales executive to
focus on growing the US market.
Job Description
Bring new business to the table, grow existing client business, and
constantly seek out new prospects!! Must be able to articulate and discuss
J2EE &.NET-specific software development outsourcing services to prospects,
articulate value proposition, immediately addressing client's development
needs. Must be able to fill and manage sales pipeline, generate sales
reports, stay on top of all prospect and client issues throughout the sales
cycle, and immediately identify sales hot spots and resolve before deal
blows up!! Must be strong closer, with experience and documented track
record of selling $3+ Million annually of software development outsourcing
services.
This is not a consultative sales role, focused on presenting solutions to
client-business issues and IT strategy-These sales will be focused strictly
on getting into discussions about the prospects' J2EE / .NET software
development requirements and presenting them with a project proposal that
meets the requirements at a competitive price. As US sales and
infrastructure grows, must be able to build and manage US sales
organization, beginning with YOU, the right candidate for this highly
visible sales role in the US.
Requirements
1. 7+ years sales experience selling software development outsourcing
services in US, with increasing sales and quota results each year.
2. STRONG knowledge of and experience in selling high performance,
highly-scalable J2EE & .NET software development outsourcing services
3. 3+ years experience delivering annual sales of $3 Million+ in
software development outsourcing services (Must be able to present W-2's
showing $200K+ annually)
4. If annual sales in excess of $3 Million, must be able to demonstrate
that at least $3 Million of deals sold were for software development
projects, not just licenses, other services.
5. Significant experience closing software development outsourcing
projects at $250,000+. Able to demonstrate experience closing software
development projects at $1 Million+
7. Able to draw on existing base of CIO, CTO and senior IT manager
contacts for new business development
8. Experience performing own lead generation and pipeline management
through standard lead generation techniques, including cold calling,
e-marketing, and sales management tools.
9. Understanding of and able to communicate with CIO's, CTO's, senior
IT managers about
a. J2EE, .NET, XML, SOAP, BTP, JMS, JNDI, JCA, ADO.NET, COM+,
LDAP, Active Directory, ASP.NET
b. Methodologies, including "Rational Unified Process" (RUP)
and ClearCase UCM
c. Value of Component Based Development over Object Oriented
Development
d. Prospect's/Client's High-level software development
requirements, and able to present and discuss detailed requirements once
they have been developed by engineers for SOW
e. Software development life cycle, Q&A, testing, etc.
10. Able to communicate effectively with all client and internal team
members, up to C-level, articulating technical and business issues to all
levels.
11. Able to identify technical issues that will require engineer input
for resolution, accurately present prospect requirements to technical
engineers providing pre-sales support, and resolve prospect inquiries
quickly to move deal forward ASAP!
12. Able to IMMEDIATELY hit the ground running, get on the phones from
Day 1 and talk to new and existing prospects and clients with add-on project
needs without training, coaching or technical team support
13. HUNTER, CLOSER, DEAL-MAKER!!!
14. Travel 60%+
15. MUST be able to work in the US without VISA sponsorship, NO
exceptions!
16. Must be located near major airport, any major US city

services-Exp. selling J2EE & .NET software development outsourcing services
-3+ yrs @$3 Million+ annual sales in software development outsourcing
services-Draw on CIO, CTO, Sr. IT Mgr. rolodex for new bus. dev.-Generate
sales thru lead generation, cold calls, e-marketing-Build & Manage pipeline,
use sales mgt. tools-Deep understanding of software development lifecycle &
deployment-Able to communciate @ technical level re J2EE, .NET

Pay Range: $150,000 - $250,000 Annual
