I'm a recruiter from the Chicago area and I'm on a search assignment for a
client of mine that is located in Philadelphia. I'm looking for a Sr Sales
Support Engineer with pre and post sales experience. This position is a
permanent direct-hire job opportunity.

Here is some additional information:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Conduct data gathering and solution requirement.
· Design solutions based on supported products, services and customer needs.
· Create and provide to sales in a timely manner all supporting
documentations such as networking diagrams/drawings, detailed solutions, and
statement of work.
· Create pricing models for each proposed solutions based on usage of the
pricing model and established guidelines. · Present capabilities and
solutions to prospects.
· 30% travel.

SKILLS:
· Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related Bachelors
Degree required.
· Minimum of five years in a technical services or product support role
· General knowledge of IT to include processing, storage and basic backup
and recovery concepts/technologies.
· Knowledge of networking technologies and practices.
· Working knowledge of managed hosting and network solutions a plus.
· Able to handle a fast paced environment and continuously re-prioritize.
· Able to operate independently and build good relationships.
· Excellent presentation skills.
