SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Solutions Senior Managers draw on expertise in consulting to plan and manage
multiple engagements and provide expertise to domestic and international
clients.  The Management Solutions & Services Practice offers great
flexibility in determining the types of consulting projects, industries, and
services you can pursue to reach your professional goals.

· Responsible for the development and motivation of all engagement staff,
providing leadership, counseling, and career guidance.

· Provide quality services that exceed the expectations of clients.

· Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of industry specific issues and best
practices.

· Contribute to the development of Solutions marketing strategies.

· Assess and manage the impact of financial, operational, and technological
changes.

· Identify and implement financial and operations improvements.

· Align information systems with corporate goals.


· Evaluate and assess major investment alternatives.

· Regional travel is expected, additional travel will vary with the scope of
the project(s).


EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Eight or more years of consulting experience.

· Strong business sense.

· Should have prior experience in a consultant or consultant management role
for one of the major professional services firms. This includes, but not
limited to: KPMG, Arthur Andersen, PWC, AMS, IBM ISSC, and CSC Consulting.

· Experience providing external project management and technical expertise
in the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP).

· Experience in user requirements, configuration, and implementation of
Oracle applications (11i , 10.7).

· Should have an understanding of financial, manufacturing, or distribution
processes.

· Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple
projects.

· Must be creative, innovative, entrepreneurial, and flexible, with the
ability to work in a matrixed environment.
