Director of Supply Chain Services - Chicago, IL

Salary: $110,000 - 135,000 



Qualifications

  

              a.. 15 years in logistics and related supply chain functions - 
CPG or Food required. 
              b.. Master's degree preferred. 
              c.. Strong understanding of business processes outside specific 
areas of responsibility including forecasting, production planning, 
procurement, and operations. 
              d.. Track record of translating industry trends and best 
practices into effective supply chain strategy implementation. 
              e.. Demonstrated ability to make decisions under pressure in an 
environment of ambiguity - resolve cross functional issues with diplomacy. 
              f.. Successful experience implementing business process and ERP 
(JDE, SAP) system improvements. 
              g.. Ability to communicate and champion logistics 
strategies/initiatives at all levels of the internal and external organization. 
              h.. Passion for results and inclusive team leadership. 
              i.. Multinational experience and language skills are a plus. 
           

     



Transportation Manager - Minnetonka, MN

Salary:      $75,000 - 100,000



Qualifications



  a.. College degree or equivalent experience. 
  b.. Minimum of ten years of experience in Supply Chain, with five to seven 
years of corporate transportation management experience (preferably in the 
temperature controlled environment) with budget responsibility of $30 million 
or above. Management development courses in the field of transportation, supply 
chain and logistics are desirable. 
  c.. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. 
  d.. Experience with ERP and Transportation Management Systems (TMS). 
  e.. Must be extremely skilled and experienced in negotiating national 
transportation agreements. 
  f.. Proficient PC skills, in such programs as Excel, Word. 
  g.. Project management skills. 
  h.. Leadership and staff development skills.
