A partner level position in the Eastern United States that will be
responsible to work with my client's Consumable Go to Market Sector.
This person will be responsible for building a new or expanding an existing
client base, conceptualizing and implementing strategic technology based
solutions for top global consumer products companies with a concentration in
carbonated beverages.
Key Points:
Deep technology skills
career progression must have come through technology delivery AND sales
Large Program Management, selling, leading & delivering large scale
technology solutions to clients in the Consumables go to market sector, with
a heavy emphasis on SELLING
Experience leveraging technology projects
Experience operating in the CIO suite
Making an immediate positive impression
Significant current consulting sales experience - with annual sales of
$8-12+ mm
Must have 3-5 years experience at Partner level with direct competitor
Must understand various consulting components, such as: how to build a
technical team, CRM, eCommerce, Program Management, offshore dynamics,
outsourcing, etc.
Renowned thought leader & visionary in consulting business practices. Clear
impact on innovations/offerings on client value creation
Required Industry Experience:
Consumables go to market sector
Specific experience with Top Global Carbonated Beverage Companies, such as
Coca-Cola, Pepsi or Cadburry Sweppes
Broadly grounded in industry dynamics, value creation levels and
opportunities and issues related to industry success
Demonstrated Consumable/Carbonated beverage knowledge, extensive experience
with process reengineering, implementation of technology & process change,
and project/program management
Direct communication at the C-level suite
Operate routinely at the CIO or Boardroom level. Have the interpersonal and
communications skills to relate to senior executives and are perceived to be
"at parity" with CIO's. Senior technology partners have a pre-established
network of CIO relationships and ready access and contact at that level.
Adapt points of view on evolving industry / functional area and issues to
specific client situations
Offer perspectives on strategy and technology issues facing the
Board/industry leaders
Apply insights from other industries to client/industry-specific issues
Provide point-of-view regarding future of industry or functional area of
focus
