General Manager will oversee entire printing plant operations, staff of
160+, 3 shifts, 24/7 operation. Must have strong leadership skills with 10
years+
experience in a commercial or newspaper web offset PRINTING facility
(packaging
experience will not be considered).
GM must have a proven track record of successfully growing company and
managing every aspect of a printing company. This is not a turnaround
situation.
Plant is profitable with excellent management team in place.
All candidates must have previously managed all operations including P&L, of
a printing plant. Leadership is the key.

On behalf of our client, we seek highly qualified candidates for the
following position:
SVP, Retail Card Product Manager
This senior position manages, oversees, plans, and directs the activities of
the Retail Bank's card product set including consumer debit, business debit,
prepaid debit, stored value cards, payroll cards, card to card transfer
products, business deferred debit and consumer deferred debit cards to
achieve the overall business objectives, including card sales, card
activation, GDV
growth, fee income and overall profitability. This manager reviews and
modifies
existing products to maximize profitability and meet customer needs, ensures
compliance with related regulatory requirements, is responsible for all card
product pricing, and direct card operations resources to ensure card
production in a
timely, cost effective manner.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Bank's card product design and development for all
Divisions. Responsible for coordination of systems support necessary for the
timely implementation of new products and services. Works with systems group
of
third party resources, Services Division or third party resources and
Marketing to
execute new product development, ongoing sales and marketing. Analyzes
existing products, customer satisfaction and needs. Coordinates, obtains,
and analyzes feedback from Division Presidents related to product needs and
pricing recommendations. Develop and manages to Retail Product Management
Card
Products Business Plan.
Manages, oversees, and directs the activities of the Card Products team
including product development, marketing and card operations functions.
Develops, implements and monitors operating policies and procedures,
compliance,
record keeping, and staff.
- Ensures quality customer service.
- Develops and implements card product pricing and strategies.
- Directs Marketing Department in the development of marketing and direct
mail to support card products business plan.
- Evaluates the success of new products and recommends changes in the
product or marketing strategy.
- Reviews and modifies existing products to maximize profitability and meet
customer needs.
- Ensures compliance for new and existing savings products in conjunction
with Legal and Compliance.
- Directs training efforts on card products with training department.
- Provides support and information needed for product training
Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of debit, stored value and credit card products,
product pricing, and applicable regulations.
- Thorough knowledge of card operations.
- Superior marketing and sales skills.
- Direct mail marketing.
- Card operations.
- Experience/exposure to credit underwriting.
- Experience in developing marketing card products.
- Strong project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management
- Seven or more year's experience for a multi-state bank or financial
institution managing debit/credit products.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical and managerial skills.
