I need a SAP Analyst, particularly with the WM module experience, for a 
pharmaceutical manufacturer in Denver, CO. 
This is a PERMANENT Position. 



SAP Analyst, Business Sys-WH & Log 
Key Responsibilities: 

1) Develop and Maintain Departmental System's Vision 
§ Participate in developing strategic systems initiatives 
§ Demonstrate thought leadership through research and experience 
§ Tie system initiatives to business objectives 
§ Develop business cases and scorecards 
§ Understand corporate policies and procedures 
2) Manage/Participate in systems projects 
§ Define business requirements 
§ Interface with IS to develop and configure system solutions 
§ Define test case scenarios 
§ Execute test cases 
§ Assist in managing project budgets 
3) Perform systems support 
§ Act as functional area expert on SAP, APSS, Warehousing Systems 
§ Assist users with system problems 
§ Assist users in understanding information needs 
§ Act as liaison between user community and IS 
§ Train personnel on system procedures and processes 
4) Provide Analytical Support 
§ Facilitate user groups to determine root cause of issues 
§ Assess and document the impacts of proposed solutions 
5) Support all Quality Assurance validation processes 
§ Follow defined change control processes and procedures 
§ Develop validation documentation when required 
§ Create and maintain system related SOP's 

Key Minimum Requirements: 
Education: Bachelor's Level Degree 
Area of Emphasis: Any Degree 

Other:  4 year(s) of experience 
        Key Requirements 
Education / Certifications 
BA/BS in IT or related field or equivalent in relevant experience. 
Minimum 6 years functional experience 
Minimum 2 years SAP experience 

APICS certification is a plus, but not required 
SAP Academy certification is a plus, but not required

Additional Comments: 
Specialized Skills and Knowledge 
1. Deep understanding of warehousing & shipping processes and systems 
2. SAP configuration experience in inventory management related modules 
(MM, IM, WM) 
3. Experience in an FDA regulated environment 
4. Basic understanding of system networks and databases 
5. Participated in a full lifecycle of a systems implementation 
6. Project Management / Facilitation / presentation skills 
7. Experience with Radio Frequency systems is a plus
