POSITION: Inside Sales Representative=20
COMPANY: Pre-IPO enterprise software company. The company is well funded =
and backed by several top-tier VC firms.=20
LOCATION: Position is located in the San Jose area. Working remotely is =
not an option. Relocation will be considered on a case-by-case basis.=20
COMPENSATION: Total compensation package will probably be around =
$90-104k with a base of only $60-64k. However, there will be no =
compensation cap for individuals generating 2-3 qualified leads per =
week. Usually, a commission of $300 is paid per lead (not including =
other monthly and/or quarterly incentives.) For example, this quarter =
only, if an ISR hits certain metrics in a given month, then the =
incentive comp can go as high as $400-$500 per qualified lead. Client =
really wants someone who is motivated to make more money. But, there is =
no flexibility with the base comp at this time. (Sorry.)=20

and book discovery meetings with potential clients is preferred.=20

=B7 Solid success in profiling accounts, delivering value propositions =
