POSITION: VP of Sales. This is a management position, not an individual =

LOCATION: The VP of Sales position will be headquartered in the San =

COMPENSATION: Base salary is expected to be between $130-160k; should be =
at least $300k+ at plan. There will be no cap. Full benefits and great =
stock option plan.=20

PERSONAL SUMMARY: Position reports directly to CEO. He is very direct =
and results oriented. He wants someone who can hit the ground running, =
ramp up revenues while managing and building out the sales team. He =
wants a seasoned professional who knows what it takes to build up the =
revenues and sales force of an early stage startup with a proven =
product, several satisfied clients, a small team, and early revenue =
traction.=20


ABSOLUTE REQUIREMENTS:=20

. MUST have someone who has previously grown an early stage startup tech =
company from revenues of $1-5M to significant revenues within a =
relatively short period of time at least once in their career while in a =
Sales role.=20

. Must have a record of quota over-achievement.=20

. MUST have 10+ years experience selling enterprise software and or =
enterprise solutions to Fortune 1000. Must have significant experience =
selling enterprise APPLICATIONS or SOLUTIONS (not tools or =
infrastructure).=20

. CEO really wants someone with a good rolodex. Right now, the companies =
target verticals are the following: Financial, =
Healthcare/Pharmaceutical, Insurance, and Media.=20

. Prefer someone with experience selling to CFOs and CIOs.=20

. Must have someone who has built a Top Grade Sales Organization: Ensure =
that the sales team has the best possible talent (A players) at each =
level. Structure comp & incentive plans. Coach and keep top talent and =
remove non-performers efficiently. There are approximately 50 people =
within the company and about 5 on the sales team=20
