In this market, our clients are setting VERY specific qualifications for =
their positions. They insist that we only present candidates that meet =
all of their absolute requirements. Many of our candidates tell us, "The =

exact same job before". However, companies that are making hiring =
decisions are asking us to find people who have done that exact job =
before. They CAN be very picky. We can only present up to 10 candidates =
for each position. Sometimes a candidate may qualify, but not make it =

clients who are a close match -- but our clients would discontinue their =
relationship with us if we did not follow their guidelines and =

COMPANY: Fast growing, pre-IPO company that sells programs and benefits =
to employees of Fortune 1000 and government agencies. Company has =
approximately 50 employees with only a couple of people on the marketing =
team right now. Company has already tripled revenues from last year and =
is on target to do $40M in 2004. Company is growing rapidly and needs =
someone with experience in a lean, distributed, team oriented, fast =
paced, start-up environment. Prefer someone to start in the position as =

LOCATION: Position is located in the Atlanta area. Working remotely is =

COMPENSATION: Annual base salary is expected to be around $90k.=20
PERSONAL SUMMARY: Strong, analytical thinking and clear, demonstrated =

of something and see it through completion. Would like someone who is a =

Marketing for a company that sells programs and/or benefits to employees =

companies) is required.=20
=B7 Experience in product marketing for a company that sells programs =
and/or benefits to employees of Fortune 1000 companies and/or government =
agencies is absolutely required. (e.g. insurance companies, financial =
service companies, and/or work site marketing companies). Experience =
selling pre-paid legal services and/or flex spending accounts would =
qualify. Experience marketing any program or service that would require =
the convincing of Fortune 1000 employees would qualify you for this =
position.=20
=B7 Company gets more traffic through their website than through their =
800 number. Need someone who understands e-commerce and user experience =
modeling, best practices.=20
=B7 Prefer someone who has experience working for a pre-IPO company that =
sells programs and/or benefits to employees of Fortune 1000 companies =
and/or government agencies.=20
=B7 Client promotes their program to the HR community, so anyone who has =
had experience with employee benefits or employee leadership groups =
would be ideal. An understanding of marketing to HR would very ideal.=20
=B7 Strong technical undergraduate degree is ideal. Having a MBA is a =
plus.=20
=B7 Outstanding written communication skills to write various types of =
collateral; demonstrated ability to write product literature, sales =
materials, product data sheets, customer interviews, case studies and =
white papers is required.=20
=B7 Must have someone who is capable of doing basic market research and =
analysis.=20
=B7 Must have someone with a good understanding of all aspects of =
product strategy and positioning and be able to incorporate that into =
all aspects of marketing.=20
