If you are one of the Top 10 candidates selected to be presented for the =

In this market, our clients are setting VERY specific qualifications for =
their positions. They insist that we only present candidates that meet =
all of their absolute requirements. Many of our candidates tell us, "The =
best candidate for a job is not always the person that has done the =
exact same job before". However, companies that are making hiring =
decisions are asking us to find people who have done that exact job =
before. They CAN be very picky. We can only present up to 10 candidates =
for each position. Sometimes a candidate may qualify, but not make it =
into the Top 10 because there are other candidates that are more =
qualified. We wish that we were able to present more candidates to our =
clients who are a close match -- but our clients would discontinue their =
relationship with us if we did not follow their guidelines and =
requirements. If you think it is hard for people to find jobs in this =
market, imagine what it is like for recruiting agencies to find paying =
clients! We have to give the clients exactly what they want, or they =
won't hire us either. Our goal is to help companies grow and succeed in =

POSITION: IBM Global Account Manager=20

COMPANY: Pre-IPO software company headquartered in Israel. The company =
is well-funded and backed by several top-tier VC firms.=20

LOCATION: Position can be based in either Denver or Boston. CEO will =
consider relocation of candidate on a case by case basis. Working =
remotely is NOT an option. Company is HQ in Israel. Past experience with =
Israeli companies, acquaintance with "Israeli mentality" is preferred.=20

COMPENSATION: Base salary will be in the low $100's with a performance =
based bonus.=20

PERSONAL SUMMARY: Right now, the position will report to the CEO. He is =
only going to hire "A" players that are better than him in their area of =
expertise. He does not have the time to micromanage. His focus in on =
strategy and developing the business.=20

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:=20

=B7 MUST have someone with experience selling through the IBM channel =
(managing product and support issues; and other strategic relationships; =
co-marketing, selling; co-training, etc.). This is an absolute =
requirement. The CEO will not interview any candidates who do not have =
this specific experience.=20
=B7 MUST have either worked at IBM and/or managed an IBM relationship =
preferably for a software company.=20
=B7 Must have someone who has a proven track record in managing an IBM =
channel relationship with attainment of revenue targets.=20
=B7 Prefer someone with experience in a software company that sells to =
both telecoms and enterprises, preferably in the provisioning, OSS, BSS, =
systems or network management space, or any company that sells software =
to data or hosting centers.=20

skills and experience directly to our client. We have received GREAT =
feedback about this new process from our clients including the fact that =
they have been able to interview and hire more of our candidates in less =
time because of this new process!!!=20

4. Considering today's difficult market, I have had to spend the =
majority of my time developing new business-and it has really paid off! =
Plus, I have to travel often. So at this point in time, the best way to =
