POSITION: Director of Marketing who will develop integrated marketing =
plans and drive the successful execution of these plans. Position =
reports to the CEO. Need an individual contributor and a manager. =
Someone who can be strategic and roll up their sleeves, dig in and just =
get it done.=20

COMPANY: Fast growing, pre-IPO semi-conductor, CRM software company.=20

LOCATION: Position is located in the San Francisco Bay area. Working =

COMPENSATION: Annual base salary is expected to be around $120k.=20

PERSONAL SUMMARY: The ability to work in a small, collaborative, =
team-oriented environment is a must. Demonstrated ability to think =
strategically, plan proactively, communicate effectively, and =
project-manage multiple programs simultaneously is a must. Someone who =
is enthusiastic, hard working, and highly productive. Need someone =
experienced at managing and delivering on time against multiple =
priorities. Someone with excellent interpersonal, team building skills =

MANAGEMENT SUMMARY: Position reports to the CEO. The CEO describes her =
management style as involved, opinions and input, etc. But, she does not =
like to micromanage. There is definitely a premium on someone who is a =
self starter-someone who can take ownership of something and see it =
through completion. Would like someone who is a strategic thinker, but =
can also roll up his/her sleeves and get it done.=20


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:=20

. Must have recent and significant experience as a VP/Director of =
Marketing for an enterprise software, CRM and/or semiconductor company.=20
. Must be able to establish and manage a large customer database. Must =
have significant experience managing database marketing programs.=20
. Strong writing skills are absolutely imperative. The Director of =
Marketing is responsible for developing print collateral, the company =
website, PR and working with industry analysts. The Director of =
Marketing will develop all sales materials to be used by the sales =
organization.=20
. The Director of Marketing will develop and drive the marketing =
activities required to meet the company's revenue targets including =
direct marketing, trade shows, seminars, advertising, building brand =
awareness, and delivering high-quality sales tools.=20
. Must have demonstrable success generating high-quality sales leads =
through marketing programs including direct mail (print and email), =
trade shows, sponsorships, seminars/webinars, advertising, print =
collateral and the Web.=20
. Need someone who has previously helped a company grow from nominal =
revenues to phenomenal revenues within a relatively short period of time =
at least once in your career.=20
. Must be experienced creating and executing overall marketing plans, =
schedules, and budgets.=20
. Personal experience developing, managing and executing marketing =
collateral and programs is a must.=20
. Ability to manage all aspects of collateral development from =
developing the creative brief to managing all vendors through project =
completion is a must. Personal experience developing and managing a =
marketing budget is a must.=20
. Ability to track and monitor marketing program success and =
address/resolve issues is a must.=20
. Must have personal experience building (hiring) and managing a =
marketing team including permanent employees, contractors and agencies.=20
. Must be able to provide direction and leadership necessary to =
successfully execute PR, advertising, collateral, web marketing, direct =
marketing and customer referral programs.=20
. Ability to manage all of company's agency resources is a must.=20
