This person will lead and develop 25 to 50 people in maintenance.  Design

The company is very selective in who they hire.  They want someone with an

Looking for a Bachelor`s degree preferably in engineering.  Candidate should
have 10-15 years experience in operations management.  Need to have a
candidate with strong leadership, drive and execution.  This person should
know how to lead various groups and handle being pulled in different
directions.  Need a self motivated candidate who doesn`t need a lot of
direction.  This person will be responsible for 4 departments.  They include
Printing, Laminating, Finishing and Process Engineering.  There is no
Department Mgr`s that head up these areas.  Basically all the Supervisor`s
report directly to the Operations Mgr and the Ops Mgr reports into the GM of
the site.  The GM has the ultimate P&L responsibility but everyone at this
plant shares in this responsibility.  One focus of this position is to
reduce
scrap - would like someone with six sigma or lean mfg experience.  Also
wants
candidate with good team building skills and a track record of cost
savings -
reducing scrap...  This is a replacement position, person that was in the
position moved into another position within the company.

This division is around 65 Mil in sales.  Company is a leader in their
field.
There are approximately 64-74 employees at this site.

PLANT ENGINEER - IOWA - SALARY TO $60,000
Looking for a B.S., Mechanical Engineer with 5-10 years experience.  This
person will be responsible for developing the maintenace staff.  Also
responsible for building/grounds.  Would like someone with Preventive /
Predictive Maintenance background.  Looking to develop a Predictive
Maintenance program.  Should have electrical knowledge.  Will be responsible
for capital equipment projects, Purchasing and installing equipment, P&L for
the projects.  Should be able to calibrate equipment.  Other skills would be
troubleshooting, increasing efficiency, working with Production mgmt and
other
managment to deal with efficiency issues.  Ideal if someone came out of
printing industry but will look at similiar industries - coatings, films,
web
handling in general.  Position reports to Plant Manager.

The plant is currently a 24/5 operation but will be going to 24/7 once they
get the new peices of equipment in.  They currenlty have a Rotogravure
presses
and looking to get a Flexographic press, slitters and blown film extrusion

There are 40 people at this plant and currenly 2 people in maintenance.

PROCESS/PRODUCTION ENGINEERS - PA, SC, TX, IL, FL - SALARY TO $100,000
Client has multiple openings at 6 plant locations for Engineers who can work
on process improvement projects and indirectly supervise hourly production
workers through production shift supervisors.  Candidates will be
responsible
for designing and implementing projects to improve manufacturing
efficiencies
and product quality.  Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering Degree
desired, other degrees considered.  Candidates must have 2+ years applicable
work experience, in-depth understanding of continuous manufacturing
processes
and process modifications, have a hands-on attitude, and be capable of
handling projects from conception to completion.  Knowledge of paper

Responsible for all design, new product development activities, and

the large ones, eg. dump, refuse haulers, flat beds, and ashpalt haulers.
Should  be able to bring them to a new level in terms of their engineering
sophistication, which means lean manufacturing and improvements to the
product
development cycle.  Reports to VP Operations.
Must have a BSME with 10+ years experience and have strong technical skills
in
addition to leadership qualities.

FACILITIES SUPPLY SPECIALIST - GEORGIA - SALARY TO $60,000
This would be a senior level position for someone that works with other
divisions within the company (i.e. packaging or paper).  This opportunity is
with a division of a Fortune 50 corporation, approximately $6 Million in
annual sales.  A salary position with a vehicle allowance and bonus.  The
candidate should have strong knowledge of industrial chemicals and
equipment;
calling on contract cleaners, healthcare and educational facilities,

knowledge of the manufacturing/service industry, literate in TQM processes

Candidates must possess:

Bachelors degree preferred with 5+ years of relavent experience in
food processing. Meat, canning, thermal processing, highly preferred.
HAACP highly desired.
Previous supervisory experience. Will look at a Production Supervisor
who is ready to take the next step.

PLANT ENGINEER - MISSOURI - SALARY TO $85,000
Requires BS Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Technology) and at

PLANT ENGINEER - ILLINOIS - SALARY TO $60,000
BS ME with 5-10 years experience. The canidate should have a
background in both facility and process related work. Someone with
project and maintenance experience. They want someone who has
experience working with outside contractors. Experience in Milling,
Grinding, Crushing, and Conveying is a plus. They are open to
industry if a person has done good plant work.

MANUFACTURING ENGINEER - MISSISSIPPI - SALARY TO $65,000
  Must have an Engineering degree, preferably Mechanical.  Technology
degrees will not be considered.
- Will be working in a floor support role in the paint area,
specifically the phospho-ecoat metal treatment area of the
   plant that cars go through before being painted.
- Hiring manager mentioned that he would consider candidates from
pulp & paper as well as chemical plants, as these
   type of plants often have coating/treatment processes that are
similar to his.  Process involves a lot of piping and
   mechanical systems.  This is a process engineering psoition,
however, not a project engineer.
- Will look at people in the 2-5 year experience range.

MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR - INDIANA - SALARY TO $50,000
They are looking for someone out of the bedding industry.
This candidate will be supervising about 30 people in the MAT BUILD,
TAPE EDGE, WOODSHOP area of the manufacturing plant.
This area is the middle area of the production of their products.

The first area is getting the products for the making of the product
- then this area - then final inspection, packaging and shipping of
the products.

PLANT ENGINEER - NORTH CAROLINA - SALARY TO $115,000
he Plant Engineer will need to be thoroughaly experienced 12-15 years
and one who will "roll up his/her sleeves" get their hands dirty and
be a force in the plant and management.  No room for anyone other
than a driving, ambitious, and concerned upper manager.  Should
understand aluminum foil rolling completely, should understand
hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, air handling, metal working
equipment, PLC's, systems, and be a force in the plant.

PLANT ENGINEER - IOWA - SALARY TO $85,000
Looking for 5-10 yrs of Plant Maintenance and Project Engineering
from Ideally a Flexible Packaging plant. They are more flexible on
technology if the person is from a Web Handling background and is not
a heavy relocation cost. Will consider a strong leader in Maintenance
from other industries such as foods, especially if they are
midwesterners. This person will have one maintenance lead person and
6-8 maintenance techs reporting to it, handling environmental,
capital projects in the multi million dollar range, and all
predictive/preventative maintenance. Want to upgrade the position to
a degreed engineer. Company has won several fortune 500 accounts and
are bringing in a new Flexo printing line.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS ENGINEERS - NORTH CAROLINA - SALARY TO $55,000
AUTOMOTIVE PARTS plant in Eastern NC needs two Manufacturing Process
Engineers. These are not high level and we will consider non-degreed and
AAS candidates. Prefer automotive plant exp. so six-sigma, lean,
continuous improvement, cost reduction etc. is the type of thing we want
to see. These are focus factory jobs. One in the filters area- mostly
assembly and fabrication. The other in pumps and nozzles and requires
some exp. with PLC's and CNC machining.

MANUFACTURING ENGINEER - NORTH CAROLINA - SALARY TO $60,000
requires BSME for Hands-on, floor support job.
Mostly involves troubleshooting, installation, revamping production
lines, modifying automation equipment etc. Must have 2-5 yrs.
manufacturing plant exp. in a similar role, and must really love this
type of hands-on work.
