OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST - IN PATIENT  - OH - SALARY TO $63,000
Prefer candidate who has previous experience working with COTA`s.
Mon-Fri 7A-3: 30PM.  Will rotate weekends and Holidays.
Prefer candidate with a minimum of one year of experience but will =
consider strong new graduate. Prefer candidate with ties to Ohio or the =
Midwest but not necessary. The full-time OT position is a benefit status =
position and includes medical/dental/vision/pharmacy coverage, life =

experience dealing with OEMs, preferring previous automotive experience. =
 It is a big plus if they have supervised subcontractors.  The last =
person in this job was not detail oriented and was not able to manage =
their subcontractors, which resulted in poor quality products that were =

delivery of product to customer.  Company has over 10,000 units.
Want highly organized candidates with a Supply Store or Rental Tool =
equipment company (such as Baroid or Halliburton) and/or service rig =
experience.


PLANT MANAGER - PA - SALARY TO $85,000
The business is a specialty manufacturer and fabricator of products that =
serve the industrial, aerospace, automotive, and electronic markets. =
Products produced meet industry and/or customer specifications. =
Requirements for the position include a college degree preferably in =
engineering or a physical science and proven industrial experience as an =
innovative plant or large section manager. Experience with specialty =
materials, i.e., resins, industrial fabrics, coated films, =
paper/nonwovens as well as multi step processes to create a finished =
product is also a requirement. They do nip coating or what would be =
called saturation coating on various substrates. The individual should =
have developed innovative cost effective methods and introduced =
equipment that improved productivity and quality. Should also have =
experience in manufacturing products to meet the specification required, =
and have worked in a ISO manufacturing environment, where returns have =
been kept to less than 1% of total sales. Strong leadership skills that =
have created a workforce dedicated to achieving excellence is absolutely =
required and the person should have background in training and =
developing a versatile cross trained workforce and have successfully =
dealt with increasing and decreased the workforce when required in a =
prudent manner. The person should have managed with purchasing inventory =

This person will supervise (3) officers at (3) locations as well as an =
additional (5) at the lead bank.  All commercial loans will filter =

PRODUCTIVIITY COORDINATOR, SIX SIGMA - IN - SALARY TO $80,000
Looking for a BS ChemE, ME or possibly EE with 5-10 years experience in =
a manufacturing environment.  Position will be based out of Terre Haute =
plant but responsible for coordinating productivity projects across all =
plants (3 in US, 2 in South America, 2 in China, 3 in Europe).  This =
person will need to be six-sigma savvy - certified blackbelt would be a =
big plus.  Responsible for reporting outcome of projects and promoter of =
six sigma projects.  This person will need to be a motivator and =
controller over the projects and people however will have no direct =
reports.  Will also help standardize the six-sigma program within all =
the facilities.  Will report to the Master Blackbelt who is at the level =
of a Plant Mgr. in the organization.  Candidate has to come out of a =
manufacturing environment but flexible on industry - could be paper, =
plastic, and coatings.  Process background would be good.  Travel 25%.


MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR - IN - SALARY TO $62,000
BSME/EE with experience in a Manufacturing Environment doing maintenance =
engineering and maintenance supervision.


Looking for a candidate who knows predictive/preventative maintenance =
programs and can supervise hourly maintenance workers.


Candidate should be familiar with rotating equipment, conveyors, pumps, =
and vibration analysis as well as have an understanding of AC/DC drives, =
PLC's and instrumentation.  Looking for someone promotable to =
maintenance superintendent, maintenance manager, and ultimately, plant =
manager.




POSITIONS IN KENTUCKY


ASSEMBLY ENGINEER - KY - SALARY TO $64,000 PLUS BONUS
Requires BSME and 3-5+ years experience in high volume automotive =
assembly processes--will look at Tier 1 or one of the domestics or =

Lead and coordinate problem solving, recurrence prevention and vehicle =
