> Environment and Scope of the Position:
> Plant Manager will manage 42 salaried and 242 hourly employees.  Total
sales of approximately one hundred and twenty seven million stemming from
production runs for Pechiney's various divisions.

> Principal Results Expected:
> Plant income, cost reduction, safety, quality, service plant ROCE and
continuous improvement implementation.
>
> Profile:
> Should be knowledgeable of the flexible packaging industry and in managing
a plant facility.  Individual will be held responsible for improving
production capacity and working with Sales and Marketing teams to increase
profit margins.  Person should be familiar with managing flexible operations
and equipment.
> Experience:
> 8+ years of experience in managing a plant facility.
> Preferred Job-related Behavioral Characteristics:
> Good customer focus and ability to manage staff to ensure plant goals are
met. Must have an understanding of the Flexible Packaging industry,
leadership skills, be results oriented, have experience understanding profit
and loss statements and ability to manage budgets.  Finally the individual
should have good communication skills and be capable of influencing others.
