Attend meetings and conference calls relating to new projects and status
reports
> Take direction from upper management and apply it in the development IT
env. providing timelines, cost benefit analysis and impact assessments for
new projects, upgrades, and future planning. Work with internal customers to
determine requirements
> Define policies and procedures to ensure customer needs are met
> Provide leadership and motivation for employees
> Hiring, training and coaching staff
> Conduct performance appraisals
