One of my affiliates has a client seeking a Plt mgr with 5-8 years
automotive industry experience
west of Toledo.   Automotive tier 1 supplier.
Processes are not important, but they are plastic injection
molding,  vacuum forming,  and assembly.
Candidates must be Automotive from suppliers and not OEM's.
Client will relo with full competitive package.
Lo 6 figures base + 20% bonus (probably $100-$110k base).
The industry "match" is much more important than presenting local
candidates that don't need relo.
