Oracle is version 8.1.7.
They're doing and SAP HR implementation.
They are not looking for an SAP Basis Admin, but more of an Oracle DBA
that has supported the SAP Databases.

This position is responsible for overall database management and
performance tuning of enterprise databases. This includes; database back
up and recovery; security; privacy and installation. Additional
responsibilities include designing and implementing extensions to
enterprise databases, managing the data dictionary and ensuring that
modifications to the database support PB IT strategies.

Proven track record in Oracle and SAP database performance analysis and
tuning. Data modeling skills are a plus. Excellent communication,
people, planning, negotiation and facilitation skills are required. BS
in Computer Science or equivalent is required. MBA or equivalent is a
plus.
Rate is very competitive.
