Kelly Services in partnership with Toyota Motor Manufacturing in Erlanger,
KY is looking for someone to help support the Team Member Relations
department in Human Resources.

Job Duties:
§ Perform HR/TMR reporting function
§ Administrative Staffing Ratio and Administrative Labor Cost: Sales Ratio
Reporting
§ Labor cost analysis
§ HR Business Indicator Reporting
§ Provide support on other projects such as internal communications,
workforce planning, and production flexibility modeling.
§ Understand business planning cycles and corporate financial reporting.
§ Analyze data for 10+ North American Manufacturing Companies, identifying
trends.
§ Develop new standard processes and procedures.
§ Investigate external benchmarking data.
§ Develop long-term targets for HR Key Performance Indicators.

Qualifications:
BS degree in Business is preferred and/or equivalent, related work
experience.
1-3 years HR experience preferred.
Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Projects.
