> Our client needs SIX PeopleSoft Professionals on the CRM side. They will
be for Maintenance and Support for PSoft 8.X CRM Modules (Help Desk, Field
Services, and Support).
> There is limited travel from this Paramus, New Jersey site and you will be
working there in an outsourced operation for 5-10 years.
> We need TWO Analysts ($60 K){Analyze Change} and Two Specialists
($75K-80K)

> The PeopleSoft Specialist will develop a functional understanding of the
PeopleSoft version 8 CRM applications, and will perform design of more
complex changes to the applications. The PeopleSoft Specialist will also
provide guidance and mentoring to more junior members of the team. As a
secondary role, the PeopleSoft Specialist will provide assistance with the
Production Support of the CRM applications, which include the HelpDesk,
Field Service, and Support Modules of PeopleSoft.
> The primary responsibility for the Tech Environment Support will include
ensuring that the HDFS (Help Desk Field Support) environment is executing
properly from a performance, availability, and stability perspective.
Resource (the candidate) will lead a team of 2-4 other candidates. The
team's responsibilities include:
> * Performance testing and tuning
> * Code/patch migration
> * General system maintenance and administration
> * System Upgrades
> Requirements: For the PeopleSoft SPECIALIST and ANALYST:
> * Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience with PeopleSoft Version 8
> * Some experience with CRM Applications which would include HelpDesk,
Field Service, and Support Modules of PeopleSoft
> * Analysts will have slightly less experience and will be used to document
and analyze change
> For the Technical Environment Support:
> * PeopleSoft 8.X Administration Experience (CRM preferred and/or other BEA
WebLogic --Preferred)
> * Web/Application server configuration and clustering in a UNIX
environment
> * Strong technical and communication skills
> * Any experience in the following is a PLUS (MQ Series, DB/2, OS/390,
Tuxedo
> Application Server
> Education: 4 Years college
