JOB OPENINGS- Week of May 26, 2008

BANQUET MANAGER (Full-time, varied and rotating hours, weekends required)
Trains and directs the banquet staff in servicing all banquet activities.
Supervises the set up of function rooms to include placement of linen and
glassware according to event order specifications. Visually inspects
function rooms and equipment prior to functions for inventory and set up.
Entering billing information into micros system, order supplies and lines
for banquet functions.
Five years of Banquet management or Food and Beverage management necessary.
CPR training/First aid training preferred. Technical experience or fully
knowledgeable of Delphi for BEO billing purposes.

AM/PM HOUSEKEEPING FLOOR INSPECTOR (Full-time, must be available for 1st and
2nd shift, weekends required) Responsible for the training and development
of Room Attendants. Inspects guest rooms, linen closets, corridors and
public space areas.  Prepares rooms for VIP arrivals. Handles guest
complaints.
Minimum of 1 year housekeeping and supervisory experience required.

VALET (Part-time, 2nd shift, 3pm -11pm, weekends required) Parks automobiles
for guests in parking garage.  Places numbered tag on windshield of
automobile to be park and gives customer the matching tag to be used when
locating the parked automobile.  Collects parking fee from guests.
Maintains cleanliness of driveway, garage and associated areas.
Must have a valid driver license and proof of auto insurance. Must be able
to drive both 5 speed and automatic vehicle.

SECURITY AGENT (Full-time, must be available to work every shift, weekends
required) Ensures the safety and security of all guests and staff of the
hotel.  Completes rounds of property on a scheduled basis.  Initiates
follow-up on all investigations of crimes committed against property and
persons.  Assists sick or injured guests, ensuring documentation and
disposition of disposition of reports.
High school diploma and at least 1 year Security related experience
required.  CPR and/or First Aid training preferred.

COOK SUPERVISOR (2nd Shift, Full-time, must be available for all shifts,
weekends required) Supervises employees engaged in cooking food, maintains
cleanliness of food service areas and equipment.  Trains workers in
performance of duties, assigns and coordinates work of employees to promote
efficiency of operations.  Supervises serving of meals.  Inspects kitchen
and dining areas and kitchen utensils to ensure sanitary standards are met.
2 year culinary degree with at least 1 year supervisory experience required.

AM/PM COOK (Full-time, 1st, 2nd, and some 3rd shifts, weekends required)
Prepares all cold fruit and vegetable items, prepares hot prep items, stocks
food supplies, reads and understands recipes to ensures all items are made
correctly. Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen area.
Previous cooking in a restaurant environment required.

LEAD BANQUET SET-UP (Full-time, varied and rotating hours, weekends
required) Leads, coordinates, assign duties to workers in preparing
facilities for banquets and conventions. Responsibilities include training
co-worker. Leads in set up and breakdown of all banquet functions.
High school diploma or general education degree or one to three months
related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and
experience.

STEWARD (Part-time, 1st and 2nd shift, weekends required) Transports and
cleans cooking utensils, silverware and dishes. Maintains cleanliness of
kitchen and work areas and all restaurant equipment.
Previous kitchen, cleaning or dishwashing experience required.

BANQUET SERVER (On-Call, all shifts, weekends required) Presents menus to
restaurant guests, answers questions and makes suggestions regarding food
and beverage service.  Takes food orders to guests.  Garnishes and decorates
dishes. Prepares and delivers cocktails. Totals bills and accepts payments.
Previous banquet or fine dining experience required.
