PM RESTAURANT MANAGER (Full-time, varied and rotating hours, weekends =
required) Estimates food and the beverage costs and requisitions or =
purchases supplies. Confers with food preparation and other personnel to =
plan menus and relate activities such as dining room and bar. Inspects =
food and food preparation to maintain quality standard and sanitation =
requisitions. Review financial transactions and monitors budget to =
ensure efficient operation, and to ensure expenditures stay within =
budget limitations.

Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or =
technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or =
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

GUEST SERVICES AGENT (Full-time, must be available for 1st or 2nd shift, =
weekends required) Completes a variety of duties in the front of the =
house to facilitate efficient guest services.  Checks guest in and out =
of hotel following proper procedures including cash handling, accounting =
and bell procedures. Upgrades guest's bases on their expressed needs.  =
Must be knowledgeable regarding hotel's services and its surrounding =
area.  Excellent customer service skills a must.=20

Customer service in a hotel, retail or airline environment required.

MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (Full-time, must be available for all shifts, =
weekends required) Ensures that the property's guestrooms, public space =
and back of the house areas are in good repair by performing various =
tasks related to a variety of maintenance trades including, but not =
limited to carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, dry-wall repair, vinyl =
repair, air conditioning, and masonry.  Visually inspects and detects =
items needing=20

repairs to ensure an attractive and well-maintained property.            =
=20

High school diploma and a minimum 1 year related experience required.

=20

AM/PM HOUSEKEEPING FLOOR INSPECTOR (Full-time, must be available for 1st =
and 2nd shift, weekends required) Responsible for the training and =
development of Room Attendants. Inspects guest rooms, linen closets, =
corridors and public space areas.  Prepares rooms for VIP arrivals. =
Handles guest complaints. =20

Minimum of 1 year housekeeping and supervisory experience required.

=20

VALET ( Part-time, 2nd shift, 3pm-11pm, weekends required) Parks =
automobiles for guests in parking garage.  Places numbered tag on =
windshield of automobile to be park and gives customer the matching tag =
to be used when locating the parked automobile.  Collects parking fee =
from guests.  Maintains cleanliness of driveway, garage and associated =
areas.

Must have a valid driver license and proof of auto insurance. Must be =
able to drive both 5 speed and automatic vehicle.

PM SERVER (Full-time, 4pm-12am/ 5pm-1am, weekends required) Presents =
menus to restaurant guests, answers questions and makes suggestions =
regarding food and beverage service.  Takes food orders to guests.  =
Garnishes and decorates dishes. Prepares and delivers cocktails. Totals =
bills and accepts payments.=20

Previous fine dining experience required.
