Folks, I hope all is well.


My company is currently looking for S/W Developers for our Business to 
Business Development shop.  Typical responsibilities include:

    * Designs, programs, tests, and implements Java/C++ applications in
      a timely and efficient manner in accordance with corporate
      procedures and standards. 
    * Analyzes process flows, researches issues and implements system
      changes. 
    * Analyzes requested changes and performs maintenance to existing
      application. 
    * Acts as a liaison to define business requirements and/or problems
      and initiates maintenance of existing programs or designs of a new
      application. 
    * Works as part of a project team to determine project requirements,
      goals, implementation, and schedules.   
    * Continues to develop technical expertise through CBT and classroom
      training and keeps current with trends and innovations in the
      banking and IT industry. 
    * Assumes responsibilities as assigned. 

Qualifications:

_*Required*_

    * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information systems or
      equivalent combination of education and experience.
    * 3-5 years of application development experience in J2EE and C++
      platform.
    * Good communication skills.
    * Strong object oriented software design and development.
    * Understanding of good software development life cycle.
    * Hands-on experience on interfacing with Relational Database system.

_*Preferred*_

    * Experience with IBM WebSphere and Rational Application Development
      (RAD) Suite or Eclipse.
    * Good understanding of Rational Unified Process and Clearcase.
    * Prior experience with DB2.
    * Knowledge and hands-on experience with Web Services and XML.
    * Hands-on experience with a Unit Testing tool, such as Junit or
      CppUnit.
    * Familiar with Banking, Credit Card, or Financial Systems is a plus.
