theater-based diversity training organization.  In operation for two years,
Dramatic Diversity has provided cutting-edge theatrical scenes and
interactive training programs to educate corporations, non-profit
organizations, associations, and educational institutions on
diversity-related issues.
> Job Description - The Managing Director position presents an opportunity
for a self-motivated, creative, energetic social entrepreneur to take
part-ownership of the organization and further its fast-paced growth.  The
position is a blend of sales/account management, business development,
operations management, and client services in a start-up environment.  Since
the Managing Director will be involved in all aspects of the business,
candidates should have a strong interest in both theater and diversity
issues.
>  Primary Responsibilities
> · Lead the sales process by developing prospects and managing current
accounts/pipeline
> · Execute all client service activities, including correspondence and
communication
> · Formulate and implement a marketing strategy and associated press
campaigns
> · Work with the Artistic Director and Director of Facilitation to conduct
client assessments and develop training content
> · Manage the record-keeping and banking activities for the organization
> · Coordinate the legal and contractual aspects of the organization
> · Oversee the physical, technological, and personnel infrastructure of the
organization
>> Qualification Requirements - Ideal candidates will have excellent written
and verbal communication skills, will be able to work independently, will
exhibit leadership and teamwork abilities, and will possess the commitment
necessary to accelerate a start-up venture.
> · BA/BS degree in related area required; Graduate work preferred
> · Sales and/or marketing experience essential
> · Proficiency in Microsoft Office products necessary (MS Word, Powerpoint,
and Excel)
> · Client management experience a plus
> · Interest in theater and diversity necessary
