LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Beech Acres Parenting Center is looking for an energetic, results
oriented, training professional that has proven experience in clinical
coaching, training, performance analysis, and curriculum design. This
position requires an individual with strong collaboration,
presentation and facilitation skills.
Essential Job Functions:
. Conduct agency needs assessments and training analysis to
determine organizational learning initiatives and performance gaps
(ROI).
. Partner with managers, teams and individuals to conduct
performance assessments and create learning solutions.
. Manage competency model and agency's achievement towards
strategic outcomes.
. Manage and deliver new hire orientation, on boarding and other
HRD programs and initiatives including employee recognition program.
. Manage and facilitate organizational trainings, retreats and
meetings.
. Design systems, programs and processes for internal and
external trainings.
. Consult to facilitate team training and development for lines
of business and support areas.
. Provide clinical coaching and manage CEUs process.
. Provide coaching and development to student interns and
coordinates their learning with local colleges and universities.
. Facilitate organizational cataloging and transfer of
learning.
Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human
Services, or related fields.
Experience Required: Three years experience required in training or
facilitation or five years experience in supervising. Successful
candidate must have at least 2 years curriculum design and
facilitation. Candidate must have an understanding of, and application
of adult learning styles, and personality types. Candidate must have
knowledge of a wide variety of training topics and techniques and well
as intervention methods for conflict resolution. Organizational
agility and consultation skills preferred. Successful candidate must
have five years clinical experience.
Credentials Required: LSW eligible
Credentials Preferred: LISW or LPCC
