We need a Senior Level Market Growth Engineer, or more precisely,
someone with the tenacity to take the Cincinnati and surrounding
markets by storm and not rest until Pillar is the market leader in
every category. 

Job Responsibilities: 
Our Senior Level Market Growth Engineer, or Sales and Marketing
Executive, or rock star, or whatever you want to call it, will be part
of Pillar's leadership team and will be responsible for: 
. Building online communities
. Identifying new opportunities and attracting new customers
. Delighting customers through impeccable delivery
. Engaging thought leaders locally and nationally 
. Creating new offerings so compelling that the competition cringes
when they realize you are courting their accounts 

Qualifications:
In a perfect world, our candidate will have: 
. Exposure to selling project work - you must be able to solve
problems for customers and convince them that they can trust you with
their money
. A Big 5 background
. Proven new business development skills 
. Experience as a project manager, director of IT, or senior level
account executive 
. A background in IT services 
. Relationship-building skills for wooing and impressing customers 
. Experience establishing and overseeing high-velocity project teams
. An existing client base in Cincinnati
. Product and solution selling experience
. Knowledge of agile development practices including test first/test
driven development, pairing, travel light, and continuous integration
. A residence in the Cincinnati area

or she can get the job done. Bottom line: we want results, and we can
be flexible when it comes to how we get them.
