Description: Human Resource / Payroll Application Support * Team Lead 

Job Summary: 
The Human Resource / Payroll Application Support * Team Lead 
is responsible for the design, development, and unit testing of new 
software applications, software modifications, and software 
integration in the ADP EVS / PeopleSoft environment. To qualify, you 
must have a very strong HR/Payroll background as well as current 
experience with ADP Enterprise Version 5 and PeopleSoft. 

Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Business Relationship Manager and/or Project 
Manager to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed solutions 
providing assessment of project estimates in time and resources. 
* Identify technical requirements from business requirements. 
* Construction, prototyping, and unit testing of software and 
integration applications. 
* Deliver ongoing support and enhancements to the end users. 
* Troubleshoot Application Support issues and provide direction for 
work-arounds, corrections, and enhancements. 
* Coordinate service delivery with the infrastructure and the service 
desk team. 
* Support project initiatives in the business functional area 
throughout their lifecycle.

Requirements: 
* BS/BA in Computer Science, Accounting, Business or other related 
area. 
* Must have extensive PeopleSoft 8.8 systems knowledge (min 3-5 years 
experience). 
* Must have 10+ years of Information Technology experience. 
* Must have experience supporting an HR/Payroll Application. 
* Must have experience working with ADP. 
* Experience working with Position Management. 
* Integration experience with an enterprise HR System with third 
party software interfaces. 
* Software application experience * development and support. 
* Solid knowledge and experience with the PeopleSoft Development 
tools and standards. 
* A strong knowledge of HR/Payroll tables and relationship points. 
* Working knowledge of SQL and SQR. 
* Excellent skills in oral and written communication and 
presentations. 
* Strong customer service skills. 
* General understanding of basic accounting rules and practices. 
* Ability to work within a team environment.
