Management. 
The Director will be responsible for leading all aspects of change from a 
decentralized to the new centralized management of our fleet of 12,000+ 
vehicles that support over 400 Cintas facilities worldwide. 
You will have responsibility for: 
. Fleet Organization
. Performance Metrics 
. Asset Management Program
. Vehicle Acquisition Program
. Official Use of Vehicles
. Fleet Maintenance Program
. Vehicle Disposal Program
. Fuel Program
. Driver Handbook and Training
. Accident Management ( Subrogation)

The ideal candidate will possess world-class fleet management technical 
competence and will bring a sustained track record of operational excellence 
and successful leadership of change from previous fleet leadership positions.
The Director will possess a Bachelors degree; minimum of 10 year of progressive 
leadership experience in a high performance organization and demonstrated 
ability to bring change though metrics in Fleet Management within an 
organization with a sizable fleet.
