Director of Pre-Pay
Responsibilities 

Marketing
. Overall Business owner for all prepay products, services and 
operations.
. Define, develop and launch new product and pricing initiatives 
including the development of the offer, assessment of pricing 
strategy and advertising/promotion campaign briefs.
. Develop and execute strategy to drive data penetration and product 
growth, grow average revenue per user (ARPU), and retain customers.
. Responsible for user experience, competitive benchmarking and 
developing research requirements for prepay.
. Identify and prioritize new product concepts based upon a thorough 
understanding of customer needs, the competitive environment, and 
financial attractiveness.
. Maintain and manage a prioritized list of marketing requirements 
and Prepay product roadmap.
. Manages and maintains the Prepay customer user experience and 
lifecycle program.
. Interface with senior staff on overall prepay product, industry and 
trends.
. Maintain/expand market leadership in the prepay segment, leveraging 
our brand as well as existing and new technologies.

Operations
. Ownership of Prepay Customer Care, including multiple outsourced 
call centers including General Care, Tech Support Services, and 
Internet Response Team.
. Prioritization and management of Prepay Care development for 
Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Web, Handset, and eCARS Customer 
Care tool.
. Maximize operational efficiencies including improvements in self-
serve options for the customer base.
. Responsibility for all payment and replenishment channels for the 
prepay product.
. Leverage relationships with Distribution to maximize sales 
opportunities and drive growth.
. Ownership of Prepay Reporting Package for overall analysis of the 
prepay product including ad hoc analysis, fraud controls, arbitrage 
report, and business case support. 

Qualifications 
. BS degree in Marketing or Business; MBA degree preferred.
. 7-10 years demonstrated product management of technology/service 
offering as well as sales and marketing experience.
. Experience with Pre-pay Programs/Products (a plus)
. Core understanding of loyalty, usage, and churn oriented programs 
(a plus)
. Experience in wireless/telecommunications industry (a plus)
. Strong organizational, interpersonal, presentation, oral and 
written communications skills required.
. Strong ability to prioritize projects and provide direction to a 
large team with broad responsibilities.
. Analytical skills to evaluate product trends for use in decision 
making.
. Must have a passion for driving continuous improvements, creating 
new approaches to addressing consumers' needs in order to make The 
Client more effective and competitive in the prepay category.
. Working with managers, peers, and reports throughout an 
organization to gain sufficient mindshare and resources to 
effectively and efficiently drive the business.
. Excellent understanding of pricing and product marketing principals.
. Highly proficient in project management and stakeholder management.
. Demonstrate leadership values and integrity.
. Lead by example, creating a climate that is conducive to 
attracting, retaining, and motivating a diverse group of top-quality 
employees at all levels.
. Ability to effectively communicate to senior management with highly 
focused presentations.
. Project management experience - ability to run multiple programs 
with history of successful implementations and aggressive 
timelines.
