Cincinnati Change is looking to develop this in southern Ohio.  We are =
assembling team now.  We are a EEO employer of your time as we will =
erase the digital divide - first in the Cincinnati Empowerment Zone, =
then the city, then the county and then the region.

We plan to create a for profit vehicle to take advantage of the 130M in =
non volume cap underwriting in the Nati.  Thirty million of that will go =
to 300 partnerships [approx.$100,000 each] who specialize in some form =
of needed services and or product expertise ie we are building a data =
center for 500,000 accounts based on IBM and HP technology.  Partners =
have to be ready to roll up their pants on this one.=20

We plan to have in place by Nov. 5th 2008 the agreements needed to =
manage development in southern Ohio of the enclosed Broadband Ohio =
Network proposal. =20

On Nov. 6th we will start work by developing the new Cincinnati Change =
HQ in the West End while working from our current HQ in Mt. Auburn.  We =
have hired Hargrove Engineering LLC to work with our AEC team on this.

We plan our first Cincinnati MAshup next Friday 24 October at 4400 =
Reading Road in Bond Hill..
