                        HTML Programmer Qualifications: 
                        â?¢ College Degree plus at least two years related Web 
Design experience required 
                        â?¢ Online portfolio of web design samples a must 
                        â?¢ Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative 
Suite required 
                        â?¢ Experience with PHP, ASP.NET and JavaScript are a 
plus 
                        â?¢ Understanding of website structures, functionality 
and usability 
                        â?¢ Self-starter who is a team player and very 
collaborative 
                        â?¢ Strong time and project management skills; ability 
to multi-task, prioritize and 
                        meet deadlines 
                        â?¢ Excellent communication, interpersonal and 
client-facing skills are a plus
